At Elektro International, we work hard every day to make beautiful products. Even so in these difficult times, when special measures apply.
Of course we have taken various precautions and adapted our way of working to protect the health of our staff and our customers as much as possible. Like keeping an appropriate distance, for example.
We also prefer not to visit you if this is not really necessary. And we prefer to receive as few visitors as possible. And we ask our suppliers to minimize direct contact. We notice that we get a lot of cooperation, for which we thank you all.
Although some things are slightly different than usual, we try to keep the working process as normal as possible, so that you as a customer experience as little inconvenience as possible. If circumstances lead to our business process being affected, we will of course do everything reasonably possible to keep our agreements with you. For example, by consulting with you about possible alternative solutions for non-deliverable products, in order to be able to fulfill our agreements with you in this way.
We will keep you closely informed of any consequences of the coronavirus for the delivery times agreed with you, so that you are aware of any delay as early as possible. This gives you the opportunity to take this into account within your own company.
