Hotels: from upgrade to new construction

This past year many an electro-technical installer has called on the experience of Elektro Internationaal with this demanding branch that is in constant development and expects evermore from its suppliers.

Because of our extensive knowhow of power distribution, breakers, short-circuit resistance, surge protection and generators combined with the development of controls for complex lighting plans based on KNX technology, several installers have approached us to develop, produce and install sometimes spectacular distribution systems, lighting plans and cogeneration installations.

Exclusive hotels with specific demands

In 2015 we provided installations for a large number of exclusive hotels in the Amsterdam area, amongst which W-Bank Hotel, Palace Hotel, Hotel Element Gelderlandplein, MFG Amstelveen Hotel and the citizenM Hotel Schiphol.

The recent upgrade of various Van der Valk hotels also results in a frequent demand of Elektro Internationaal’s knowledge and expertise. Take for instance Hotel Van der Valk in Oostzaan that has been rethought to fully operate on electricity. Elektro Internationaal delivered a customized panel because of the need for a more powerful main connection.
