Vendor Managed Inventory: everything in stock

A workflow without any unnecessary delays: that is what Elektro Internationaal is aiming for with a newly introduced inventory ordering system. Together with Itsme ES Elektro and Hoogland Mennens Elektro Internationaal has set up a special 2BIN system in a Vendor Managed Inventory setting. This basically means that ES Elektro – an independent distributor of electronic and mechanical components – is responsible for keeping the grab stock up to the mark from their own stock and distribution center.

This fully automated 2BIN system prevents mechanics from waiting for parts and components to be delivered and having to update stock lists and enables them to do what they do best: build reliable and custom distribution boards for our customers.
